You must be of legal drinking age in your country to use DRINQLY — 21 and older in the United States, 18 in most of Europe and the UK, and the local minimum wherever you are. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
You retain ownership of photos, captions, and check-ins you post. By posting you grant DRINQLY a license to display them within the app to you and your connected friends. You are responsible for the content you post.
No illegal, harmful, harassing, or objectionable content. DRINQLY may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
DRINQLY celebrates the culture and memories around drinks, not excessive consumption. We encourage users to drink responsibly and never drive impaired.
User-created challenges must not encourage harmful behavior, unsafe drinking, or illegal activity. DRINQLY reserves the right to remove any challenge that violates these terms.
DRINQLY Plus subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Use Restore Purchases on new devices.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. DRINQLY may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
